Shipping policy

UK DELIVERY

SAS offers shipping worldwide on orders placed Monday-Friday, excluding bank and national holidays.

We endeavour to deliver all our items within 3-7 working days (standard delivery), 1-3 working days (Express delivery) & 10-15 days international delivery. However, there may be delays with shipping which are out of our control & for this reason we cannot compensate for this. 

Shipping times begin when you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We are unable to amend the delivery, payment and any other information such as colour, size and the number of items once an order has been shipped.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, our shipping partner will attempt delivery on the next working day.

We will make two delivery attempts for your package. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility. In the event of a return, a supplementary delivery fee may be applied for the redelivery of the item.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

All international orders will be shipped using DHL Express, EVRI, Royal Mail or UPS.

Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless agreed. 

Most of our international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that taxes and duties will be added at the checkout accordingly, and the cost of this depends on the country you are based.
