Refund policy

At SAS we follow a strict No refunds/Exchange policy UNLESS the garment is damaged upon sale. We are happy to provide an EXCHANGE ONLY if the item is damaged.

Exchanges are only acceptable if the damaged item has been in your possession for less than 7 days. If, after the sale has been confirmed, payment is made and the customer has kept the item for over 7 days we will NOT exchange the item.

To be eligible for an Exchange of the damaged items the item must be in its original condition with the tags remained on them and packaging. Exchanges must be for the same amount or more.

We check all our garments before the sale thoroughly and will only sell the garment if it is in the best condition. Please be assured that we will not sell anything to you that is not the best of quality and we will always contact you if this is not the case.

We will NOT provide a Refund or Exchange for any worn items.

We will NOT provide a Refund/Exchange for any Custom made orders.

Please be mindful that the customer will be Liable to pay for the return delivery and we will cover the cost for re-delivering the exchange product.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned back to the following address within the timescale specified

    To start an Exchange, you can contact us at sasukclothing@gmail.com. Please note that the return address will be provided once you contact us. The buyer is liable to pay for the return charges.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned or Exchanged, like perishable goods (such as earrings, pins etc), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the Exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will Exchange your product (or provided with an alternative of your choice if the original item you ordered is not in stock). If for any reason a Refund of any kind is approved by a member of our staff, the refund will be automatically sent to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
